Meath County Council is proud to champion youth creativity and environmental awareness through the Rubbish Film Festival. Our joint commitment to sustainable development ensures that young filmmakers not only learn new media skills but also gain an understanding of how local actions contribute to global change.
This is the 9th year that the Festival has run in partnership with Meath County Council. Over 180 students in 15 secondary schools across County Meath directly participated in an onsite two-day workshop focused on environmental storytelling through film.
